RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

15 DAY POLICY
Our policy lasts 15 days starting from, and including, the day you receive your purchased items. Each item we offer may have different policies regarding the return and exchange of that item. Before any item is returned, you must contact us first. If 15 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REALTY SIGN ELIGIBILITY
All of our realty signs are made to order. Due to their customizable aspects, each sign is considered unique and can only be returned if they are damaged, whether during the manufacturing or shipping process, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REALTY HARDWARE ELIGIBILITY
All of our realty hardware can be returned within 15 days of receiving the hardware. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your items are defective or damaged when you receive them, you must contact us within 3 business day from the date you received the items in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
If your items are incorrect when you receive them, you must contact us within the standard 15 day policy period to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Any items eligible for a refund that were on sale or discounted in any way when purchased, will be refunded in the amount of the original purchase price.
Gift cards and Free/Promotional items are not eligible to be returned, refunded or exchanged.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS
The original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return or exchange was due to defective, damaged or incorrect item issues.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We will pay the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. We will also pay the costs for shipping replacement items to you, only if the original items were damaged or incorrect upon receiving them. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for all other types of returns and exchanges. In any event where the shipping cost for your return or exchange is to be paid by us, we will either email you a printable shipping label or mail you a shipping label.
Upon being eligible, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 45 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect when you receive them. Shipping costs may be covered by us depending on the reason for the exchange.
In the event of a return, refund, or exchange, we will handle these transactions in a timely manner and keep you notified throughout each step of the process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your items to reach you may vary.
